It could be the array of Dolly Parton films I've been watching recently, or maybe it's my ongoing daydream about the whole of the Saloon-esque SS10 Chanel collection; whatever the reason, I have a very strong hankering to up sticks and start a hoe-down in Texas.

Everyone is getting involved in the country and western trend that is line dancing it's way down the high street and I for one am no exception.

Subsequently, I have become surgically attached to this Topshop cowboy shirt.

I have also struck up a love affair with my River Island clogs, thus my new Summer motto is this:

Disclaimer: Clogs should not to be mixed with alcohol. Or cobbled streets.

Maybe if I had these chunkier, more stable Chanel beauties, I wouldn't be flailing around London like a 2-day old lamb.

Yes I definitely prefer this safer option.
